Acceptance of Terms
By accessing GeneAnalyses, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not Medical Advice
Content on this site — including gene profiles, pathway explanations, articles, and paper-analysis output — is provided for general educational and research purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, geneticist, or oncologist. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.
Accuracy of Content
We compile content from peer-reviewed literature and public databases such as PubMed, NCBI, UniProt, and TCGA, and cite sources where relevant. Cancer biology research evolves quickly, and while we aim for accuracy, we make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free. The paper-analysis tool uses automated methods and may occasionally produce inaccurate summaries — always verify against the original source.
Intellectual Property
Original text, layout, and design on this site are owned by GeneAnalyses unless otherwise noted. Third-party data (gene/protein records, citations) belongs to its respective sources and is used under fair-use/citation norms for research and education.
Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a rate that degrades service, or submitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through the paper-analysis tool.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeneAnalyses is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
